Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload delivery vehicles using manual handling techniques
- Deliver parcels punctually and securely to specified destinations
- Exhibit excellent customer service as the face of FedEx
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols to maintain high delivery standards
Candidate Requirements
- Possess full working rights in Australia
- Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record (maximum 6 demerits over past three years)
- Capability to pass assessments including drug and alcohol testing, driving evaluations, criminal background checks, and fitness examinations
- Demonstrate a safety-conscious attitude with the ability to follow procedures diligently
- Display a positive, customer-oriented approach
- Previous experience in delivery roles will be highly advantageous
