Overview
Join a global leader in integrated security services at our finance client's corporate facility located in Sydney's CBD. This role is part of a four-member security team reporting to the Security Manager, focusing on control room monitoring to ensure the site’s security requirements are met with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor security infrastructure including CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control networks.
- Effectively manage incidents and emergencies, providing necessary support and guidance when situations arise.
- Handle all incoming communications, both routine and emergency calls, professionally and timely.
- Collaborate with the Site Manager to document and report incidents accurately.
- Utilize standard computer software such as Microsoft Outlook and Word to support security operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Current valid NSW Security Licence with Control Room endorsement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively within the team and with stakeholders.
- Adept with IT skills including familiarity with Microsoft Suite applications.
Additional Information
- Competitive hourly pay rates: $31.20 on weekdays, $37.97 for night shifts, $46.80 on Saturdays, and $62.40 on Sundays, complemented by superannuation and five weeks of annual leave.
- Work schedule consists of a fixed four-week rotating roster, covering 12-hour shifts including both days and nights.
