About the Role
Join CBRE as a Contract Support Coordinator to deliver essential customer service and administrative assistance directly at the client site. This position falls within the Contract Quality Management function.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring satisfactory service delivery and appropriate follow-up.
- Fully comprehend contract scope and oversee that all tasks comply accordingly.
- Serve as a primary contact for financial and operational systems related to client matters.
- Compile and generate reports detailing open and closed work orders, liaising with technicians or vendors to verify status.
- Organize and maintain detailed files for work orders, proposals, and departmental documentation. Develop and verify vendor files for completed paperwork accuracy.
- Handle invoice processing while ensuring accurate allocation to cost centers.
- Manage subcontractor documentation, confirming compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards.
- Identify and implement cost-saving strategies aimed at maximizing customer and financial benefits.
- Apply established procedures to resolve straightforward issues with limited discretion.
- Deliver work output by adhering to fixed procedures under close supervision and guidance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of two years professional experience in a related field.
- Ability to adhere to basic work routines and standards effectively.
- Good communication skills sufficient to exchange straightforward information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational abilities coupled with an inquisitive nature.
- Basic arithmetic proficiency capable of calculating percentages, discounts, and markups.
