Job description
Role Overview
This position places you at the core of enhancing data interactions among SAP and MES systems to synchronize planning, production, and warehousing processes seamlessly. You will employ Value Stream Mapping (VSM) techniques to scrutinize the entire data journey from sales orders through delivery, pinpointing sources of delays, obstacles, and data mismatches. Working collaboratively with Manufacturing Analysts, you will convert raw data into insightful, tailored reports and actionable recommendations, identifying root causes for unstable workflows. This role enables both swift operational fixes and sustainable process improvements, involving interaction with cross-departmental teams and factory leaders to influence metrics and cultivate a culture focussed on ongoing improvement, positively impacting efficiency, expenses, and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance operational transparency through consistent KPI monitoring across processes.
- Facilitate quicker, well-informed decision-making via structured data analysis.
- Identify and decrease inefficiencies, delays, and bottlenecks spanning the value chain.
- Bolster coordination among Planning, Production, and Warehouse departments.
- Achieve quantifiable progress in cost management, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Embed continuous improvement culture using systematic problem-solving frameworks.
- Guarantee longevity of enhancements through standardization and performance oversight.
- Provide leadership with lucid insights and financial rationale to back strategic initiatives.
- Analyze ERP system processes and data flows to discover inefficiency and improvement prospects.
- Design, track, and report KPIs supporting data-driven decisions.
- Partner with Manufacturing Analysts to highlight bottlenecks using visualization and analysis tools and suggest remedies.
- Lead continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma approaches like DMAIC, DMADV, and 8D methodologies.
- Drive operational enhancements, waste minimization, and cost-saving efforts.
- Contribute to CI strategic plan execution and assure business goal alignment.
- Leverage analytics platforms such as Minitab, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Python to derive insights and maintain improvements.
- Engage cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, and Quality—in deploying improvements and harmonizing practices.
- Regularly monitor and communicate CI performance indicators and project results.
- Oversee comprehensive factory KPIs particularly across Production, Planning, and Warehouse functions.
- Promote interdepartmental cooperation and execution by disseminating findings and ensuring corrective actions closure.
- Formulate business cases and financial plans to support CI projects and investment decisions.
- Assure compliance with relevant internal and external regulations and standards.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or closely related disciplines.
- Between 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain analytics, operations planning, or industrial performance roles.
- Documented track record of success in continuous improvement or operational excellence settings.
- Strong command of Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methods including DMAIC, 8D, Kaizen.
- Proven expertise in Value Stream Mapping, leading cross-disciplinary workshops to analyze ERP and MES informational flows.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Arabic languages is mandatory.
