Job description
Role Overview
GomyGPS seeks a Video Content Creator / Social Media Executive to produce engaging video content focused on their GPS tracking products and services. This position involves visiting installation sites, filming GPS hardware installations in various vehicles, capturing customer testimonials, explaining product features, and creating short-form videos for social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Film customer video testimonials and reviews.
- Record videos of GPS device installations in cars, buses, trucks, and other vehicles.
- Produce Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other promotional content.
- Create product demonstration and feature explanation videos.
- Capture installation process footage including before and after shots.
- Collaborate with technicians and customers to coordinate video shoots.
- Perform basic video editing such as cutting clips, adding text overlays, music, subtitles, and logos.
- Develop content for social media channels like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Occasionally appear on camera to present GomyGPS products.
- Propose new video and content ideas to boost brand visibility.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient communication skills in Hindi; basic English command is advantageous.
- Comfortable engaging with customers for video testimonials.
- Poised and confident presenting on camera.
- Skilled in mobile video recording techniques.
- Basic video editing capabilities for Reels and Shorts.
- Familiarity with video editing and design tools such as CapCut, VN, Canva, Premiere Pro or similar is a bonus.
- Willingness to travel within the local area for shoot assignments.
- Open to freshers who demonstrate strong video and content creation skills.
Preferred Attributes
- Creative and energetic individual comfortable working outdoors and in dynamic environments.
- Not required to be a professional filmmaker but able to create high-quality mobile videos and keep up with social media trends.
