Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Construction Manager to oversee significant roads and infrastructure projects based in Doha, Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all construction phases from the initial planning stage through to project completion.
• Collaborate closely with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Continuously track progress, manage schedules, allocate resources effectively, and control budgets.
• Maintain strict adherence to design specifications, quality standards, health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead site teams, addressing and solving technical and logistical issues as they arise.
• Guarantee that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within the financial bounds.

Candidate Qualifications

• A minimum of 15 years' hands-on experience in managing roads and infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a similar discipline.
• Proven expertise in construction management and project execution.
• Exceptional skills in leadership, coordination, and problem resolution.
• Thorough knowledge of Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Health, Safety, Environment standards, scheduling, and construction methodologies.
• UPDA Certification, Grade B.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic languages.
