Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Manager to lead all on-site activities for high-rise tower construction projects located in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role involves ensuring that projects proceed safely, on time, and within budgetary limits. Key responsibilities include coordinating construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, overseeing daily progress in line with project plans, managing project documentation, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring compliance with applicable local regulations and quality benchmarks.
The Construction Manager will also be responsible for cost control, budget reviews, and engaging with project stakeholders to identify risks, resolve challenges, and foster transparent communication throughout the construction process.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven supervisory expertise leading interdisciplinary construction teams.
- Strong budgeting and project control capabilities for managing costs, schedules, and resources.
- Comprehensive understanding and enforcement of construction safety practices on-site.
- In-depth construction knowledge, especially relating to high-rise tower projects and adherence to building codes.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred.
- Demonstrated experience as a Construction Manager or equivalent role overseeing large-scale building projects within the UAE or Gulf region.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with project management software and construction scheduling tools.
- Ability to commit to full-time, on-site presence in Abu Dhabi and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
