Role Overview
ProCook is seeking a Concession Store Manager to lead its forthcoming Stafford location. This hands-on leadership position involves building and guiding a high-performing team to cultivate a positive store culture while delivering exceptional customer service and strong commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and motivation to your team to ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Drive sales growth and store performance through focused commercial strategies and KPIs.
- Manage daily operations including inventory control, merchandising, and regulatory compliance.
- Create and nurture a dynamic, engaged team culture emphasizing productivity and positivity.
- Utilize performance metrics and data analysis to inform decision-making and enhance store outcomes.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring a passion for superior customer service and retail leadership. You will set daily goals aimed at achieving KPIs, develop monthly productivity plans, oversee effective store administration, and promote team member well-being through regular one-on-one meetings and recognition of achievements.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a Store Manager is essential.
- Background in retail or hospitality environments is required.
- Strong leadership qualities with effective people management skills.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to confidently analyze sales data.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Operational proficiency with systems, point-of-sale (POS) technology, and tills.
Working Conditions
The full-time role involves a 40-hour workweek across five days, based on a rotating schedule that includes weekends. The rota provides one full weekend off, one working weekend, plus alternating Saturdays and Sundays off within a four-week cycle.
New hires will undergo mandatory onboarding training, including two days at the Store Support Centre in Gloucester and four weeks at a training store, with scheduling flexibility.
