About the Role
We are looking for a proactive individual to head our IT Infrastructure and IT Training operations. This position involves both overseeing technical infrastructure and empowering students with vital computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, network systems, hardware, software, data backups, and CCTV surveillance.
- Coordinate efficiently with vendors to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Conduct interactive training sessions on computer basics, application software, introductory programming, and networking concepts.
- Design and prepare comprehensive lesson plans and educational materials.
- Lead students through practical laboratory work and project development to reinforce learning.
- Coach students on obtaining professional certifications and prepare them for career opportunities.
- Assess student progress regularly using assignments and evaluations.
