Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Computer Operator to manage a variety of office and operational tasks efficiently. The role involves extensive computer-based work such as data entry, maintaining records, and assisting in coordination between customers and various internal departments to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office activities and operational tasks with accuracy.
• Carry out data entry work, handle Excel spreadsheets, interact with online portals, and maintain proper records.
• Ensure all customer, job-related, and work documentation is accurately updated and well-maintained.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to streamline workflow processes.
• Oversee documentation related to receiving and delivery of goods or services.
• Prepare and keep daily operational reports current.
• Carefully verify all entries and documents to uphold data accuracy.
• Adhere to company protocols and maintain systematic record-keeping standards.
• Assist in billing processes, job card management, and other back-office support activities as required.
• Collaborate with the branch team to guarantee timely completion of assigned work.
• Address basic customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Perform any additional administrative or operational duties as directed by the Branch In-charge.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between 13,000 and 19,000 INR per month.
