Role Overview

The Company Car Fleet Controller will be stationed at Mitsubishi Motors Australia's Headquarters near Adelaide Airport. This full-time, permanent position involves managing the daily operations of the company's vehicle fleet. Responsibilities encompass vehicle ordering, allocation, returns, compliance, financial administration, and employee support. Collaboration with employees, dealers, and internal teams is essential to maintain smooth fleet operations and ensure high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of the company vehicle fleet including ordering new vehicles, assigning them, processing returns, and handling related administrative duties.
  • Offer guidance and support to employees, dealers, and internal stakeholders regarding fleet matters.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records for the fleet and ensure timely compliance, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Assist in enhancing fleet management systems, processes, and reporting tools, including those integrated with SAP and Fiori platforms.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment focused on proactive and customer-oriented service.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Previous experience in fleet management, administration, or a similar operational or customer service role.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining precision and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service aptitude, excellent communication, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency with enterprise resource planning systems like SAP and Fiori is highly desirable.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook at an intermediate level.
