About the Role
Teleperformance is looking for experienced trainers specializing in Language, Voice & Accent (V&A), Communication, and Soft Skills to join their team. The position requires professionals with a background in training within the BPO or call center sector for international projects.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience as a trainer in BPO or call center settings, preferably handling international processes.
- Strong communication abilities are essential for delivering effective training sessions.
- Expertise in Voice & Accent coaching, soft skills enhancement, communication development, and language training specifically for the BPO industry.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts as required by operational demands.
