Collections Executive

Position Overview

KreditBee is looking to hire a Tele Collections Executive to manage outstanding loan repayments through proactive communication with borrowers. The role is based in Bangalore (Bommanahalli).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls to follow up on overdue Personal and Business Loan payments.
• Engage customers to remind about pending EMIs and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Negotiate repayment options and address payment concerns with professionalism.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and payment agreements using CRM software.
• Collaborate with field collection staff and backend teams to resolve account issues effectively.
• Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies, procedures, and quality guidelines.
• Respond empathetically to customer inquiries, handle escalations, and resolve disputes.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets consistently.

Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience ranging from 6 months to 2 years in tele collections, collections, or customer service roles within NBFC or BFSI sectors.
• Fluent communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi; additional regional language proficiency is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation capabilities and effective problem-solving skills.
• Basic familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Age must be under 30 years.

Compensation

The role offers a salary package up to Rs. 3.5 LPA along with appealing incentive opportunities.
