Role Overview
The position of Collection Officer, specifically as a Recovery Telecaller, involves contacting customers to handle overdue payments and ensure the timely collection of dues.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively place outbound calls to clients with outstanding payment obligations.
- Politely remind and encourage customers to clear pending dues promptly.
- Negotiate feasible payment arrangements and settlements with customers.
- Maintain accurate records by updating call logs and payment statuses within the system.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly collection targets set by the company.
- Refer challenging cases to senior team members for further action.
