Job description
Role Overview
This position focuses on leading comprehensive human resource functions for business units, integrating strategic workforce management with hands-on HR execution. The role demands alignment of talent strategies with organizational objectives, ensuring effective acquisition, development, and retention of key employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Strategic Workforce Planning aligned with corporate goals.
- Collaborate daily with COE leaders and CEO team to synchronize HR initiatives.
- Oversee full-cycle Talent Acquisition to ensure workforce readiness.
- Manage Talent Management workflows and identify high-potential talent for growth.
- Create onboarding plans tailored for critical and senior-level roles.
- Leverage HR Analytics to extract insights and enhance talent strategies.
- Administer Total Rewards programs, recognize employee achievements, and manage performance evaluations.
- Promote Employee Engagement and handle grievance redressal effectively.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and maintain HR compliance.
- Handle office administrative operations, including facilities, logistics, and policy enforcement.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience within startups or Indian corporate environments is favored.
- Possession of an MBA or Master's degree in Human Resource Management from an accredited institution.
- Extensive HR background with over 15 years overall and at least 8 years in a Business HR Partner or HRBP capacity.
- Proven capability to independently manage comprehensive HR responsibilities for an entire business unit.
- Hands-on expertise in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Organizational Development.
- Proficient with HR analytics tools for driving data-informed HR decisions.
- Experience administering Compensation & Benefits and handling Performance Management processes.
- Leadership experience, working closely alongside senior management.
- Familiarity with HR compliance requirements and employment law regulations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
