Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position for Co-Founder is based in the Greater Visakhapatnam Area. The individual will play a key role in shaping the vision, strategy, and product development pathway of the company. Daily activities consist of leading business growth and sales operations, guiding marketing strategies, performing market and user research, and tracking performance metrics. Responsibilities also include recruiting and mentoring team members, forging partnerships with educational bodies and key stakeholders, enforcing operational standards, and actively participating in fundraising, budgeting, and formulating organizational policies to foster sustainable expansion.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Strong analytical abilities for data interpretation, opportunity assessment, and making decisions grounded in evidence.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective teamwork, stakeholder interaction, and representing the company externally.
• Demonstrated sales experience, capable of identifying potential clients, building enduring relationships, and finalizing agreements, preferably in education or technology sectors.
• Competency in marketing to plan and implement campaigns, establish brand identity, and facilitate customer acquisition and retention.
• Research proficiency to analyze market trends, understand the needs of learners and institutions, and validate product concepts.
• Previous experience with edtech, education, or technology startups is highly advantageous.
• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, uncertain work environment with full accountability for results.
• A bachelor's degree in business, technology, education, or a similar discipline is essential; higher qualifications are favorable but not mandatory.
• Willingness and ability to provide on-site leadership, foster team collaboration, and operate across functions locally in the Greater Visakhapatnam Area.
