Role Overview

We are seeking a talented CNC Programmer experienced in coding, tooling setup, and working with tight manufacturing tolerances. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality precision components. The ideal candidate enjoys tackling machining challenges, optimizing operational cycle times, and transforming raw materials into expertly engineered parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and setting up programs for CNC milling machines and lathes
• Interpreting and analyzing engineering and technical drawings
• Supporting upkeep and operation of punch press and laser production equipment as needed
• Manufacturing components to exacting precision standards
• Identifying and resolving machining process issues; suggesting improvements
• Collaborating directly with production and engineering departments to achieve objectives

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in CNC programming or a comparable manufacturing role
• Exposure to sheetmetal working environments or fabrication processes
• Proficient in reading and accurately interpreting technical schematics and plans
• Highly organized, focused on detail, and oriented towards practical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CAD/CAM software and relevant design qualifications are advantageous
