Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines adhering to required specifications and standards.
• Interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings to understand task requirements and desired outcomes.
• Prepare and load raw materials and components onto CNC equipment.
• Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as necessary to optimize output quality.
• Inspect and measure completed items, verifying conformance to standards.
• Conduct daily maintenance and checks on machinery to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Meet competitive cycle times and production targets.
• Perform technical troubleshooting on machines and processes.
• Participate proactively in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Report any operational issues promptly to supervisors or quality control personnel.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all Health & Safety guidelines and protocols strictly.
• Carry out additional tasks as delegated by the CNC Supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrable experience working as a CNC operator.
• Proficient in handling CNC machinery, tooling, and precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documentation and blueprints.
• Basic skills in computer operation.
• Good mechanical aptitude complemented by solid mathematical skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on achieving results.
• Effective communicator and team player.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
