Job Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and VMC machines in accordance with production requirements, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
• Set up and configure machines for specific tasks ensuring readiness before starting operations.
• Load and unload components carefully, confirming correct positioning prior to machining.
• Oversee machine operation and the production process to sustain consistent workflow.
• Inspect machined parts to verify basic quality norms and dimensional accuracy.
• Carry out routine machine maintenance and promptly report technical faults.
• Manage sheet-metal components while performing designated manufacturing activities.
• Operate laser and other related machines as required by production needs.
• Adhere to production instructions and uphold quality standards throughout the process.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of machines and work areas.
• Follow all safety protocols rigorously during machine operation.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Ensure productive completion of assigned work within set timelines without compromising quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of practical experience operating CNC machines.
• Age should be between 18 and 40 years.
• Educational qualification should be at least completion of 10th grade or below.
• Male candidates are preferred for this role.
• Fluency in English is not mandatory.
• Preference given to applicants residing within a 25 km radius of the workplace.

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 based on skill level and experience.
