Job Overview

We are currently hiring a Security Manager for our dynamic POWER CLUSTER, encompassing Radisson Hotel Dubai Damac Hills and Park Inn by Radisson Dubai Motor City. We seek candidates who bring more than just credentials — individuals with character, skills, passion, and the enthusiasm to create memorable guest experiences. A proactive mindset is vital to anticipate guest needs and support team success.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee the safety and security department to uphold the highest standards in all aspects of safety and security.
• Act proactively to enhance guest comfort and satisfaction through prompt, positive responses to guest inquiries.
• Execute safety and security initiatives aligned with hotel objectives and targets.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team, fostering a culture focused on growth and high performance.
• Manage the departmental budget effectively by controlling costs, inventory, productivity, and performance.
• Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
• Implement and monitor a planned preventative maintenance program addressing maintenance, environmental, and conservation issues.
• Ensure full compliance with all legislative requirements, including due diligence activities, documentation for audits, and timely follow-ups.

• Demonstrable experience in safety and security management with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient leadership abilities with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
• Innovative thinker capable of providing practical advice and creative solutions.
• High personal integrity and ability to perform in a demanding, excellence-driven environment.

Compensation Package

• Basic salary ranging from 6,000 to 9,000 AED.
• Allowances totaling 5,500 AED.
• Cluster allowance based on basic salary.
• Single status.
• Premium medical insurance coverage.
• Service charge participation.
