Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the crew during closing hours effectively.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and escalations promptly and professionally.
- Prepare bank deposits ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
- Conduct inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organize duties related to closing the store.
