About Us
We are a dynamic and successful video start-up based in Viernheim near Mannheim. Our biggest client, Omid Mouazzen (with over 1 million subscribers), produces highly engaging long- and short-form videos weekly across YouTube, TikTok, and Reels, focusing on the automotive and lifestyle sectors. Our ambition is to become Germany's largest YouTube channel.
To achieve this, we seek talented individuals with a keen eye for extracting the best moments and crafting compelling clips from existing content. Collaboration is key, so you will work onsite at our office 3–4 days a week, with flexible arrangements for the rest.
Role Responsibilities
- Create engaging short-form videos by clipping segments from long-form YouTube videos for Omid’s social media channels.
- Identify powerful hooks, statements, and moments within raw footage.
- Apply effects, text overlays, B-roll, and other editing tools to maximize viewer engagement.
- Ensure each clip features a strong hook, appropriate timing, pacing, and clear call-to-action.
- Format videos suitably for platforms including YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
- Independently prepare videos and promptly incorporate feedback.
- Proactively contribute ideas for continuous content improvement.
Qualifications
- Passion for creating YouTube content.
- Proven experience in video clipping and crafting viral content.
- Strong intuition for trends, pacing, hooks, and storytelling.
- Advanced skills in DaVinci Resolve and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Understanding of viewer psychology to achieve high watch time on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Structured and reliable work approach.
- Excellent command of the German language.
