Opportunity Summary
We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our growing team in Osborne Park, Western Australia. In this pivotal role, you will manage the rostering of our caregiver team, ensuring clients receive the care they need through an efficiently maintained and regularly updated roster. Success in this position requires excellent organizational abilities, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication skills to liaise effectively between staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain weekly rosters assigning caregivers to clients, ensuring full shift coverage.
- Utilize the Relationship Management System daily to coordinate client and caregiver schedules, striving for consistent and compatible caregiver assignments where possible.
- Monitor shared email inboxes to address requests and coordinate workflows within the Client Services Team.
- Handle email and phone requests related to new clients or adjustments to existing care schedules promptly.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in rostering or scheduling, preferably within aged care settings.
- Understanding of the SCHADS Award is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop positive relationships with internal teams and clients, delivering outstanding customer service.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to learning various software including quality management systems, databases, and scheduling tools.
- Excellent communicator with problem-solving capabilities along with solid time management and conflict resolution skills.
- Flexible, resilient, and calm under pressure, capable of agile thinking in a dynamic work environment.
