Client Relationship Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a diligent and well-organized Client Relationship Executive to serve as the central liaison for our repair, maintenance, and project management services. This role demands effective communication and coordination between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact point for clients regarding repair and maintenance requests.
• Receive and document repair and maintenance issues reported by clients.
• Coordinate scheduling and job assignments with engineers, contractors, technicians, and site personnel.
• Track job allocation, site attendance, completion status, and any pending work.
• Communicate timely updates to clients about appointment times, delays, cost quotations, approvals, and job completion.
• Confirm job closure only after obtaining validation from clients or site teams.
• Escalate urgent or unresolved concerns promptly to Project or Operations Managers.

Training and Support

Comprehensive training will be provided to equip the candidate with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform effectively in this role.

The candidate should be confident in client communication, adept at following up, and skilled at managing coordination between multiple stakeholders including clients, contractors, engineers, site teams, and project managers.
