Client Development Associate

Role Overview

We seek a skilled Client Development Associate (CDA) to generate sales opportunities by converting prospects and managing the initial sales stages. This position involves proactively expanding the sales pipeline for the Intapp sales team while utilizing CRM and marketing automation tools to monitor lead progression and pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain comprehensive knowledge of Intapp’s product offerings, value propositions, return on investment analyses, use cases, critical questions, and benefits to facilitate effective sales dialogues.
• Employ sales and marketing expertise to advance early-stage leads by securing meetings, participating in events, and scheduling web demonstrations.
• Handle follow-ups on inbound and marketing-generated leads promptly.
• Enhance CRM data quality by conducting research via industry news, desk analysis, and phone outreach to ensure accurate prospect demographics, key contacts, and identify relevant events.
• Effectively manage CRM systems to retrieve information, generate reports, and maintain accurate up-to-date data on opportunities, contacts, and target profiles to support pipeline and account management.
• Support execution of campaigns and events, including target identification, enrollment facilitation, logistical assistance, and active participation.
• Serve as a communication bridge between field representatives and sales and marketing support units to coordinate key interactions necessary to advance the sales process.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven sales or marketing experience within the technology sector, ideally including exposure to legal, accounting, or consulting industries, demonstrating consistent goal achievement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for engaging with C-level executives.
• A collaborative team player oriented towards collective regional success rather than individual performance.
• Highly organized, meticulous, persistent, and self-driven in approach.
• Eagerness to understand or familiarity with the target market and clientele.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and adept at CRM data entry and updates.
• Experience interacting with legal, accounting, or consulting firms is a significant advantage.
