Job Overview
This role involves maintaining a high level of cleanliness as per management's instructions. It requires proper handling and upkeep of cleaning tools and equipment and building positive relations with clients on-site. The operative is expected to respond effectively to enquiries or issues and carry out any additional reasonable tasks assigned by management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent cleaning standards following guidelines from management.
- Proper use and care of cleaning machinery and equipment.
- Foster strong, professional relationships with clients present at contract sites.
- Address any queries or complaints promptly and appropriately.
- Perform any other duties as reasonably assigned by supervisors.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in manual cleaning tasks is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient reading and spoken English abilities.
- Capable of working independently as well as within a team environment.
- Dependable and trustworthy in carrying out responsibilities.
