Role Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Cleaner/Labourer to join our Operations Team. This role primarily involves supporting departmental cleaning efforts to maintain impeccable hygiene standards in alignment with company policies.

Working Hours and Compensation

The working schedule includes Monday through Wednesday from 7am to 6pm, and Thursday from 7am to 5:30pm. The position offers an hourly wage of £13.45 plus bonus incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cleaning tasks both indoors and outdoors with adherence to safety protocols.
  • Keep all designated workspaces clean, orderly, and hygienic at all times.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness; promptly communicate any maintenance or hygiene concerns to management.
  • Work autonomously and complete duties efficiently with minimal guidance.
  • Assist with general site maintenance including weeding and litter collecting.
  • Comply fully with all Health & Safety regulations pertinent to the role and workplace.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as a general labourer or cleaner within a comparable environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Sound knowledge of occupational safety and safe work practices.
  • A valid Forklift Licence is mandatory for this position.
