Job Overview
We are seeking eager and dependable cleaners to join our Helensvale location team. This role suits individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings, pay close attention to detail, and take pride in creating clean, inviting spaces for clients and customers.
Position Details
Multiple full-time and part-time positions are available, including shifts on weekdays and weekends. The role offers award-based remuneration. The typical schedule runs Monday through Friday from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute general cleaning tasks maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
- Spot clean furnishings as needed
- Sweep and mop flooring
- Clean toilet facilities
- Collect and dispose of rubbish
- Clean both internal and external glass surfaces
- Dust all hard surfaces
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience, particularly in commercial environments, is beneficial
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Capable of following instructions independently
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Understanding of workplace health and safety standards
- Flexibility to work varied hours including public holidays
- Experience with floor care machinery (scrubbers, buffers, sweepers) is advantageous
- Valid work rights in Australia are mandatory
