Role Summary
We seek a Class Scheduling Specialist to join the Student Administration team within People Services of the Administrative Division. This role is crucial in coordinating scheduling and booking functions, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of teaching spaces and facility usage. This position collaborates across university departments to propose and implement process enhancements. Responsibilities include system support and training, managing staff and room data, producing reports, assigning students to classes, and evaluating requests to modify allocations.

- Permanent full-time role based at Kelvin Grove campus with hybrid work flexibility.
- Salary range: $94,084 to $101,872 base pay plus 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreational leave loading, totaling $111,341 to $120,557 annually (HEW6).

- Degree qualification or equivalent combined with relevant professional experience.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment, managing competing demands to meet objectives.

- Excellent interpersonal skills enabling collaboration and effective communication with diverse stakeholders across multiple channels.
