Civil Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking to hire a skilled Civil Engineer responsible for a variety of civil construction and planning tasks including surveying, layout design, and approvals. The role requires involvement in project site activities, development of infrastructure, and coordination with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys and take precise site measurements.
• Plan and prepare layout plotting for projects.
• Design plans for roads and drainage systems.
• Manage approval processes with HMDA and DTCP authorities including documentation.
• Obtain layout permissions and prepare necessary documentation.
• Oversee development and installation of internal roads, drainage, electrical, and water supply lines.
• Mark plot boundaries and demarcate land areas.
• Execute land leveling and earthwork activities.
• Coordinate with HMDA, municipality, and relevant revenue departments for smooth project operations.
• Prepare project cost estimates, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and define execution schedules.
• Supervise contractors and site labor to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in land surveying and civil site measurement techniques.
• Experience with layout planning including road and drainage systems.
• Knowledge of HMDA and DTCP approval procedures and documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with governmental bodies such as HMDA, municipality, and revenue departments.
• Skills in cost estimation, preparing BOQs, and scheduling project execution timelines.
• Strong leadership capabilities to manage contractors and labor teams effectively.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary range between 20,000 and 25,000 INR.
