Chef de Partie

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join Compass Group Ireland, working full-time at 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday during daytime hours, based in Kildare. This role involves collaborating with a passionate kitchen team to deliver superior food experiences that meet our high standards and delight our clientele.

Primary Duties

• Prepare high-quality, delicious meals that satisfy the expectations of our customers and clients.
• Act as an engaged team player and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Uphold the positive image and values of Compass Group Ireland in all professional interactions.
• Ensure strict compliance with all required Food Handling and Hygiene protocols.
• Adhere to Health and Safety regulations consistently to maintain a safe workplace.
