About the Role

Mantra Wellness and Healing Services is seeking a Center Manager for its Kondapur and Nallagandla locations in Hyderabad. The center manager will be responsible for overseeing customer interactions, promoting products and services, and ensuring smooth operations within the wellness center. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is essential for effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome prospective customers and attentively understand their needs to recommend suitable wellness products and services.
• Utilize extensive product knowledge and industry expertise to address customer queries and offer practical solutions.
• Analyze product performance and competitor activity to suggest improvements in services, products, and policies.
• Regularly update management through detailed reports including daily customer interactions, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual summaries.
• Handle customer complaints by conducting investigations, devising resolutions, preparing necessary reports, and advising management on corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to enhance customer communications and service offerings by sharing client insights from various locations.
• Promote products and services by aligning them with customer requirements to drive sales and satisfaction.
