Position Overview

The role of Cashier is essential in delivering quick, friendly, and accurate customer service. Cashiers handle Checkout and Return transactions efficiently and supervise Self-Checkout areas to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and returns swiftly and accurately.
• Oversee and maintain the Self-Checkout zones.
• Continuously acquire product and project knowledge to assist customers and identify sales prospects.
• Adhere strictly to company policies to reduce inventory loss.
• Head Cashiers assist by assigning Cashier duties, expediting price verifications, and authorizing sales transactions or markdowns across various registers and services.
• Provide first-level conflict resolution for customer concerns.
• Support and mentor other Front End Associates by participating in newcomer training and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience includes over one year of working as a Cashier.
