About the Role
Join Allianz Australia as a Case Manager within our Personal Injury division based in Darwin, NT. This role involves managing a portfolio of workers' compensation claims from start to finish, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and Allianz policies. You will focus on strategic collaboration and case management to optimize return to work and overall health recovery outcomes for injured workers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively handling claims for workplace injuries in the Northern Territory from inception through to closure.
- Maintaining a strategic, collaborative approach throughout case management to enhance outcomes.
- Making pivotal liability decisions and evaluating benefits, treatment, and rehabilitation per NT Return to Work legislation.
- Developing strong working relationships with stakeholders including employers, legal advisors, medical practitioners, and rehabilitation providers to facilitate positive results.
Candidate Profile
- Strong ability to interpret and apply legislation accurately.
- Capable of quickly adapting and learning in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
- Effective in prioritizing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and consistently ensuring precise and accurate work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Enthusiastic about utilizing emerging technologies to stay current in an evolving digital landscape.
