Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze inquiries from law enforcement agencies globally.
• Conduct blockchain tracing and carry out initial investigations into suspicious activities.
• Support the implementation of controls prior to SAR submission and manage client offboarding processes as needed.
• Engage in training sessions concerning Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT), and other relevant daily operations topics.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate knowledge exchange and improve processes.
• Perform any related administrative tasks essential for business operations aligned with these functions.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in compliance or regulatory roles with sound understanding of applicable regulations and daily compliance requirements.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical abilities, methodical approach, and logical reasoning skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within teams.
• Proactive and ambitious mindset with a strong focus on user experience.
• High accountability for managing law enforcement communication processes.
• Self-driven, capable of multitasking, and effective under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on control processes and efficient time management.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred but not Required

• Knowledge of local laws, directives, regulations relevant to virtual currency policies and subject persons.
• Experience with blockchain analytics tools or manual tracing of transactions using blockchain explorers.
