Role Summary
The Campus Representative position is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. This role involves promoting Aspec Hub's event ticketing and online voting services across universities and colleges. Responsibilities include connecting with student organizations, associations, and campus officials to foster engagement. Daily duties encompass identifying potential collaborations, organizing and supporting campus events, presenting the platform, and gathering user feedback for improvement. Additionally, the representative will collaborate with Aspec Hub’s central team, provide market insights, and contribute to the platform’s adoption through outreach and demonstrations. Acting as the main campus liaison, the representative will build strong partnerships and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in event planning to assist in coordinating campus initiatives, campaigns, and activations.
- Capability in sales and networking for identifying opportunities, establishing connections, and promoting platform adoption among student groups and educational institutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, and an aptitude for collaborating with student leaders, faculty, and administrative personnel.
- A self-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously, manage time efficiently, and achieve objectives.
- Understanding of campus dynamics and student organizations within the Greater Accra Region is advantageous.
- Comfort with digital tools and online platforms; previous experience in events, marketing, or student leadership roles is a plus.
