Position Overview

As a Cake Decorator at our Harvey, LA Walmart Supercenter, your primary responsibility will be crafting high-quality bakery products that meet our customers' expectations. You'll actively assist customers at the service counter and ensure incoming bakery merchandise is efficiently stocked and displayed on the salesfloor. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering rigorously to food safety protocols are essential duties to support team success.

Compensation Details

• Hourly pay ranges from $17 to $30, guaranteed to meet or exceed minimum wage requirements for the location.
• Additional compensation may be available through annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
• Premium pay, ranging between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour, can apply based on work schedule, facility, seasonality, or specific tasks; multiple premiums may be combined if criteria are fulfilled.

• Full-time employment with available shifts during opening and morning hours.
