Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
• Provide outstanding customer care and address guest issues professionally.
• Manage staff recruitment, scheduling shifts, and evaluating work performance.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bakery teams to guarantee prompt order completion.
• Follow company-established procedures for opening and closing the café.
