Role Overview

We seek confident and service-oriented individuals who exemplify warmth, professionalism, and prioritize safety in all their duties, representing Pakistan International Airlines on every flight.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, respectful, and exceptional in-flight experience for all travelers.
• Conduct pre-flight safety inspections and demonstrate emergency protocols per aviation safety regulations.
• Attend to passenger requirements, special needs, and deliver in-flight services with professionalism and friendliness.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow crew members and comply with PIA's grooming, conduct, and service standards.
• Assist passengers during boarding, disembarkation, and provide support to those needing special assistance.
• Represent and uphold the airline's brand and values as an ambassador.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Age between 20 and 28 years at the time of application.
• Possession of at least a bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Islamabad or Lahore.
• Previous roles in aviation, hospitality, or service sectors are advantageous.
• Preference for candidates with valid flying/cabin crew certifications.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written; additional languages beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, calmness under pressure, and passion for service.
• Physical requirements: minimum height of 160 cm for females and 168 cm for males.
• Must pass aviation medical assessments, including color vision tests.
• Professional grooming with no visible tattoos or piercings.
• Clear background checks and character verification essential.
