C++ Developer - High-Frequency Trading Systems

Overview

We are seeking a talented C++ Software Engineer to contribute to the development and optimization of high-performance trading systems and algorithms connected to cryptocurrency exchanges. This role demands expertise in designing systems where microsecond-level performance and reliability are paramount.

Key Duties

• Create and maintain interfaces to cryptocurrency exchanges and data providers, resolving any market data discrepancies.
• Design and implement new system features.
• Work collaboratively across teams to validate the function of trading algorithms and enhance system performance continuously.
• Support debugging efforts by identifying and fixing minor bugs and technical challenges.

Required Expertise

• At least three years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency with C++ programming.
• Significant background in engineering high-load applications.
• Deep knowledge of software design patterns, complex data structures, and algorithm development.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with financial markets, low-latency/high-frequency trading systems, or distributed system architectures.
• Experience utilizing AI-enhanced development tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies.

Additional Advantageous Skills

• Competency in Python programming and/or Kafka messaging system.
• Experience with networking protocols including REST, WebSockets, and FIX.
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS cloud services, Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus monitoring tools.
