Overview

Sky Airhostess Academy Private Limited is seeking a dynamic Business Manager based in Guwahati, Assam, who will actively contribute to driving admissions and leading teams within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in calling and counseling prospective students and their parents to successfully convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
• Plan and execute seminars across various colleges to enhance academy outreach.
• Manage data records and monitor reports to ensure accuracy and aid decision-making.
• Lead and oversee a team effectively, serving as the Team Leader.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Assamese languages.
• Exhibit strong leadership capabilities and readiness to travel extensively within the North East region.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations is essential.
• Preference given to candidates available to join immediately.

Compensation

Salary ranges from INR 12,000 to INR 28,000 per month, with final remuneration negotiable depending on skills and performance during the interview process.
