We are expanding our Business Development Representative (BDR) team and invite motivated individuals eager to advance their careers to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of the finance industry and identify key decision-makers across targeted markets to generate quality sales leads.
  • Build comprehensive knowledge of AccessPay's products and effectively communicate the value propositions to potential clients; training will be provided.
  • Conduct outbound business development activities through emails, phone calls, and social media to nurture existing customer relationships.
  • Create personalized marketing content, including targeted emails and videos, to enhance lead generation campaigns.
  • Convert identified leads into viable sales opportunities, aiming to exceed performance targets and KPIs.
  • Apply the MEDDICC sales methodology to improve prospecting and qualification processes.
  • Utilize Outreach.io software to meticulously document and track all sales activities.
  • Organize and manage a pipeline of prospects efficiently through strong organizational skills.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Previous experience in B2B sales environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a drive for achievement.
  • A positive outlook that includes resilience and proactiveness.
