Team and Position Summary
As a Business Development Representative, you will leverage your consultative selling expertise to build durable relationships with potential clients and senior executives. Your strategic initiatives aim to position the company's solutions as superior alternatives to traditional ERP systems, cultivating key clients into advocates. This role suits a proactive sales professional thriving in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote awareness and understanding of the company's technologies and services throughout the marketplace.
- Initiate new revenue opportunities via strategic outbound communication targeting large enterprise prospects.
- Develop and nurture relationships with senior business leaders by grasping their challenges, projects, and future plans to align solutions accordingly.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new business development targets.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales teams, country managers, and marketing departments to establish cohesive business growth strategies.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Knowledge of the competitive environment and client needs to effectively articulate the company's value proposition.
- Support marketing initiatives and participate in promotional events.
- Confidently engage prospective clients to introduce and establish relationships for product adoption.
- Capable of building an early sales pipeline and managing promising prospects.
- Strong comprehension and communication of on-demand and web services architectures benefits.
- Experience with consultative selling techniques.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a changing, fast-paced setting.
- Team player with a proactive work ethic.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years' experience in inside sales or sales development roles.
- Native proficiency in Korean and fluent command of English.
