Role Overview
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will join the UK team, working remotely with occasional in-person events and biannual company gatherings in Estonia. The person in this role will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing, social media outreach, networking, and events. This role involves qualifying leads, engaging decision-makers, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to convert prospects into qualified sales opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives on phone communication, is ambitious, optimistic, and results-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound meetings by using cold calls, email campaigns, social networking, and events to create new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and marketing personnel to efficiently progress sales prospects through the funnel.
- Build and nurture relationships with C-level and Director-level prospects by providing timely educational content, event invitations, and relevant communications.
- Manage an active pipeline of potential clients ensuring consistent follow-up and opportunity tracking.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent command of English, both written and oral at a near-native level, capable of simplifying complex concepts for various audiences.
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing role with consistent achievement of performance targets, preferably within SaaS or technology sectors.
- Comfort and preference for engaging prospects via frequent outbound calls and outreach.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to remain motivated and focused under pressure.
- Efficient time management skills, prioritizing tasks effectively for best impact.
- Passion for sales with a strong drive to learn and improve continuously.
- Proactive, curious mindset towards leveraging new tools and experimenting with methods to enhance effectiveness.

- Proven record of surpassing targets in SaaS sales to senior executives within professional services industries such as marketing, advertising, architecture, or consultancy.
- Familiarity with sales and CRM tools, including HubSpot, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Compensation
The gross annual salary ranges from £40,000 to £50,000, with an additional potential performance bonus of £20,000.
