Located in London, our roles include three days onsite post initial training period of three months.
Role Overview - Business Development
As a Business Development Manager in our sales department, you will join a focused group of 8–12 managers working closely under a Sales Manager to identify and secure businesses ideal for our offerings. This role thrives in a dynamic, supportive environment with unlimited commission potential and transparent career growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from sourcing SME prospects to early-stage account management.
- Promote and close impactful deals on our business credit card products.
- Generate and qualify new SME leads, actively building your sales pipeline.
- Engage in 30–50 daily outbound calls targeting business owners and key decision makers.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets by onboarding new customers and encouraging early product adoption.
- Adhere strictly to compliance protocols and FCA regulations to safeguard client interests.

Candidate Profile
- Demonstrable success in full-cycle sales involving prospecting and early account nurturing.
- Strong expertise in outbound B2B prospecting and lead generation.
- Experience handling high volumes of cold calls and outreach efforts.
- High levels of personal responsibility, urgency, and determination to meet targets.
- Capability to autonomously set and achieve daily activity objectives.
- Dedication to maintaining exemplary customer service standards.

Interview Process
- Initial session: 30-minute introduction and values discussion with a Talent Partner.
- Second round: 60-minute case study interview conducted onsite with Sales Managers.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary ranges from £30,000 to £40,000 annually with an uncapped commission structure. Typical first-year earning totals for Business Development Managers are approximately £50,000 OTE, with ambitious new hires sometimes reaching £70,000 OTE and top performers exceeding £100,000 OTE. The highest recorded quarterly commission payout is £52,000.
