Business Development Manager (Google Ads)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager specializing in Google Ads to join our team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role focuses on generating new leads, onboarding business clients for Google advertising, and meeting sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business clients interested in Google Ads services.
• Engage face-to-face with business owners to articulate the advantages of digital advertising via Google.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue goals.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
• Evaluate client needs and recommend tailored advertising strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation.
• Conduct frequent field visits and client meetings to support business development efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Any graduate degree is acceptable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales abilities.
• Basic understanding of Google platforms, the internet, digital marketing, and online advertising.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
• B2B sales experience is advantageous.
• Preference will be given to candidates familiar with Justdial, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or those with prior experience in digital marketing or advertising sales companies.
