Job Overview
We seek a dynamic and goal-driven Business Development Manager to become an integral part of our team at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Company Limited in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Key Duties
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects alongside generating consistent leads.
- Establish and nurture strong connections with customers and business partners alike.
- Recognize potential clients and assess their financial protection and investment requirements.
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives.
- Recruit, mentor, and assist advisors or partners to facilitate business growth.
- Organize and execute customer meetings and formal presentations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service promoting lasting client relationships.
