Overview
EP Cargo in Germany is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to actively contribute to the growth of international rail freight transport and logistics. This role involves working within a dynamic team supported by a leading logistics group within the EP Group, based in Berlin. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build their own client portfolio and directly impact expansion along European rail corridors.
Key Responsibilities & Environment
- Driving business growth and relationship-building within the international rail and intermodal transport sectors.
- Collaborating with a strong European logistics network to enhance service delivery and expansion.
- Operating primarily from Berlin with engagement across Europe, especially Germany.
Qualifications & Skills
- Demonstrated experience in rail freight transportation and intermodal logistics segments.
- Strong communication skills, with daily use of English; additional foreign languages are advantageous.
- Highly motivated to innovate, develop professionally, and explore new business opportunities.
