Role Overview
The agency is seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to drive and convert new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should excel in client communication, possess a strong grasp of the digital marketing domain, and be adept at nurturing relationships from initial contact through to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business prospects through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and partnerships
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified sales leads
- Manage client communications via calls, WhatsApp, emails, virtual and face-to-face meetings
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate digital marketing services
- Lead discovery sessions and confidently articulate the agency's offerings
- Create proposals, quotations, presentations, and business pitches
- Ensure regular follow-ups with potential clients and keep detailed records of engagements
- Collaborate with internal teams to enable efficient client onboarding
- Track market trends, monitor competitors, and gather customer feedback to identify new business avenues
- Foster enduring relationships with clients and partners
Experience and Skills Required
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, account handling, or client acquisition
- Preferably experienced within digital marketing, advertising, or media agencies
- Comprehensive knowledge of social media marketing, performance marketing, SEO, branding, website creation, and content development
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
- Confidence in leading client sales conversations and meetings
- Strong aptitude for relationship-building and networking
