Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting using calls, emails, LinkedIn, and market research.
- Discover and qualify new business leads within target industries.
- Schedule meetings and introductions for Business Development Managers (BDMs).
- Support BDMs in advancing opportunities and manage sales administrative tasks.
- Assist in marketing campaigns and lead follow-up activities.
Requirements and Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and eager to learn.
- Organized and self-driven work approach.
- Keen interest in building a career in business development and sales.
Application Process
- Initial 15-minute phone screen with talent acquisition team.
- Introductory 30-minute video call with the Commercial Director.
- Comprehensive 60-minute interview with the Commercial Director and another senior team member.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary of £35,000 plus up to 20% performance-based bonus.
- Hybrid working arrangement between Blackpool and Manchester offices.
- 37.5 hours per week with flexible hours between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
